Reporting and analytics within Finance and operations apps enables your organization to make decisions, monitor employee satisfaction, and analyze human resources data.

You can use Power BI dashboards within several Human resources workspaces to view near real-time data and analytics. Finance and operations apps also has several out of the box reports within the Human resources module. Key reports include competency reporting on workers skills, worker goals report, benefits statements, worker benefits report, people by department, and hiring reports. These are just a few of the many reports available in the Human resources module.

The image below shows Power BI analytics within the Benefit management workspace. This Power BI dashboard enables you to track and monitor benefit enrollment within your organization. You can use Power BI filtering and tools within Finance and operations apps to analyze the data.
