As an educator, it is important to stay up to date on the latest educational tools like Microsoft Teams, Office365, Immersive Reader, and more, in order to help support your teaching and ensure the best learning outcomes for your students. Microsoft provides an excellent, free, platform to help you train to use the classroom tools called Microsoft Learn.

What is Microsoft Learn?

Microsoft Learn is a free, online training platform that provides interactive learning for Microsoft products and more. Our goal is to help you become proficient on our technologies and learn more skills with fun, guided, hands-on, interactive content that's specific to your role and goals.

What is the Microsoft Learn Educator Center?

Microsoft Learn Educator Center is an extension of the Microsoft Learn skilling platform which provides educators with access to professional development training, curriculum, hands-on experiences, and certifications so educators are better prepared with the knowledge of best practices for using Microsoft’s products and services in their efforts to improve student-outcomes.

Note

The Microsoft Educator Center is merging with Microsoft Learn to become the single training hub to empower digital classrooms. On Microsoft Learn, you’ll have access to the same awesome professional development content that you love from the Microsoft Educator Center, with even more features to help you on your learning journey. We'll also bring your learning history and achievements to Microsoft Learn, so you can pick up your learning journey right where you last left off!

How do I get started?

In this module (the name for a short learning experience on Microsoft Learn) you'll learn the basics of using Microsoft Learn, such as, how to set up your profile, how to find and share your achievements and how to create collections of training content that you can share with others. And at the end, we will even give you badge as a reward for completing your first Microsoft Learn module.
