Scenario - Personalize the customer list

You want to add and remove some fields from the customer list.

Tasks

  • Remove the Responsibility Center field from the customer list.

  • Add the Language Code field to the customer list.

Steps - Remove the Responsibility Center field

  1. In the Accountant Role Center, select Customers in the list places.

  2. On the app bar, select the Settings icon and then select Personalize.

  3. In the customer list content section, move and point your mouse to the Responsibility Center field.

  4. Select the red arrow and then select Hide.

Steps - Add the Language Code field

  1. In the Personalization bar, select More.

  2. Select +Field.

  3. In the Add Field to Page section, select the search icon and then enter language code.

  4. Drag the Language Code field from the Add Field to Page section to the content section of the customer list.

  5. Close the Add Field to Page section by selecting X.

  6. Select Done in the Personalization bar.

You can view your Customer List page for the personalization result.

Scenario - Clear personalization on the customer list

You want to remove the personalization on the Customer List page.

Task

Clear personalization on the Customer List page.

Steps - Clear personalization on the Customer List page

  1. In the Accountant Role Center, select Customers in the list places.

  2. In the app bar, select the Settings icon and then select Personalize.

  3. In the Personalization bar, select More.

  4. Select the Clear Personalization option on the Personalization bar.

  5. Confirm the question to clear personalization by selecting Yes.

  6. Select Done in the Personalization bar.

You can view your Customer List page for the clear personalization result.
