Exercise - Respond to a review

You are responsible for the ratings and reviews moderation at Fabrikam, and you want to respond to a product review on the online store.

To respond to a product review on the online store, follow these steps:

  1. Go to e-Commerce site builder > Home > Reviews > Moderation.
  2. Filter on the following settings:
    • Last 1 year
    • Rating: 5
    • Channel: All
    • Take down: All
    • Responded: All
    • Concerns: All
  3. Find and select the review that requires a response.
  4. Select Brown Bomber jacket, which is on the bottom of the page.
  5. In the Properties pane on the right, select Add a response.
  6. Enter the response text Thank you for your review.
  7. Enter the name that should be shown for the responder: Moderator.
  8. Select Post response. You will receive a notification that the response was posted successfully.
