Exercise - Delete a review

You are responsible for the ratings and reviews moderation at Fabrikam, and a customer has requested that their review be deleted from the online store.

To delete a customer review from the online store, follow these steps:

  1. Go to e-Commerce site builder > Home > Reviews > Delete.
  2. In the Search for users by email address field, enter the customer's email address abel.test@fabrikam.com, and then select Search.
  3. If the customer has any review activity (for example, review submissions, votes about the helpfulness of another customer's reviews, or comments about another customer's review), the results are shown. Each item includes a Delete button.
  4. For each item that must be deleted, select Delete.
  5. When you're prompted for confirmation, select Yes.
