Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) backend tool that helps sellers close more deals. It includes Copilot for Microsoft 365 and connects with your organizations Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to bring sales insights and next-generation AI into your workflow. It can be used with both Dynamics 365 and Salesforce CRM systems and can be deployed in both Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
