Set up a job with lump sums
In Business Central, you can set up jobs with fixed amounts to invoice at certain times based on an agreement with the customer, for example:
15 percent at the start of the project
35 percent halfway through the project
50 percent by delivery of the project
You can achieve this process by setting up job planning lines of the type Billable with the planning dates and amounts that you agreed on.
