Create time sheets

The time sheet administrator can use the Create Time Sheets batch job to set up time sheets for a specified number of time periods or weeks.

To create time sheets, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Search for page icon in the upper-right corner of the page, enter create time sheets, and then select the related link.

  2. In the Starting Date field, enter the first date of the time sheet.

  3. Enter the number of periods.

  4. Select the Create Lines from Job Planning Lines check box if you want to create time sheet lines that are based on job planning lines.

If you do not want to create time sheets for all resources at once, you can enter a filter on the Filter: Resource FastTab.

You can view the time sheets that you have created on the Time Sheet list page.
