On the warehouse shipment, select Create Pick, and on the Create Pick request page, select the Cross-Dock Pick option.

On the pick worksheet, select Create Pick, and on the Create Pick request page, select the Cross-Dock Pick option.

Business Central automatically creates a pick with cross-dock bins for outbound documents that were processed as cross-dock opportunities.

On the warehouse pick document, run the Calculate Cross-Dock Opportunities function.

How can you create an overview of the items in the cross-dock zone?

Select the Search for page icon in the upper-right corner of the page, enter "cross-dock opportunities," and then select the related link.

Select the Search for page icon in the upper-right corner of the page, enter "bin contents," and then select the related link. On the Bin Contents page, select the cross-dock zone in the Zone Filter field.

Select the Search for page icon in the upper-right corner of the page, enter "locations," and then select the related link. Open the list of zones, select the cross-dock zone, and then select Navigate > Bin Contents.

Select the Search for page icon in the upper-right corner of the page, enter "items," and then select the related link. On the item card, select Navigate > Warehouse > Cross-Dock Opportunities to check the items on the cross-dock bin.
