Sync Shopify orders
Similar to other sync processes, a few options are available for you to run the Shopify order sync:
You can start the sync manually from the Shopify shop card or from the Shopify Orders page.
You can enable the Auto Sync Orders field on the Order Synchronization and Processing FastTab of the Shopify Shop.
Regardless, it's important that the Shopify orders that should be synced aren't archived. In Shopify, you can't import archived orders. Make sure to deactivate the Automatically archive the order option in the Order processing section of the Checkout and accounts settings in your Shopify admin panel to make sure that all orders are imported to Business Central.
If you need to import archived orders, you can use the Unarchive Orders action on the Orders page of the Shopify admin panel.
