You can further optimize the marketing text with several edit functions, such as changing the font, using bold, italic, and underline, inserting bullet lists or numbered lists, adding images, and so on.

You can also regenerate the marketing text, using the following customize options:

  • Set the tone: Formal, casual, inspiring, upbeat, creative.

  • Specify the format: Tagline, paragraph, tagline + paragraph, brief.

  • Set the emphasis: No emphasis, innovation, sustainability, power, elegance, reliability, speed.

When you're satisfied with the marketing text, you can choose Keep it, and the text will be inserted in the Marketing Text FactBox on the item card.

You can always return to the edit page by selecting Edit in the Marketing Text FactBox. This will open an edit page where you can manually edit the marketing text. If you want to regenerate a new text with Copilot, select Draft with Copilot at the bottom of the edit page.

Use item attributes for marketing texts

Item attributes are important to generate marketing texts. The more attributes an item had, the more detailed the marketing text is. If you want to include features like color, dimensions, and target audience in your marketing texts, you should first configure these as item attributes.

It's also possible to exclude item attributes from marketing texts. This could be interesting for attributes that you only want to use internally.

To exclude item attributes from marketing texts, follow these steps:

  1. Open the item card.

  2. In the Marketing Text FactBox, choose Draft with Copilot to generate a marketing text.

  3. In the page with the generated marketing text, select the pencil icon on the top left. This opens a list of the item attributes from where you can include or exclude attributes.
