Manage overdue approval requests

At regular intervals, you will need to remind approval workflow users of overdue approval requests that they must react on. To create notifications for overdue approval requests, set up the overdue approval request workflow as follows:

  1. Select the search for page icon in the upper-right corner of the page, enter workflows, and then select the related link.

  2. Select New > New Workflow from Template.

  3. Select the Overdue Approval Request Workflow template.

  4. Select OK.

  5. Select the overdue approval request workflow.

  6. Select Enable.

Now, you can run the Send Overdue Approval Notifications function. This function will send overdue notifications to the approvers and create overdue approval entries.
