Access Education Insights Premium

School leaders and other education support staff are responsible for managing and improving the overall student experience. As such, they require online access to up-to-date data that clearly synthesizes and highlights multi-dimensions of the student experience. Education Insights Premium provides education staff in leadership roles with a holistic view of student activity across contents, grades, and schools. Intended users include:

  • School principals
  • Department heads
  • District officers
  • Interventionists, therapists, and specialists
  • Grade-level leads

Users must have permissions granted in order for a school and/or a specific class to be included on their dashboards. To connect to Education Insights Premium, you can:

For the best filtering experience, class details must be added by the class owners. Encourage educators in your organization to add dimension to their Insights reports (and yours) by adding grade level and subject data to each of their classes. Provide these instructions to support them in adding these details. 

  1. From your All classes view in Insights, select the ... next to Your classes

  2. Select Class sharing

  3. Select any class with missing subject or grade level information, then select Change subject or Change grade level

  4. Make adjustments so your class has accurate data to improve filtering

Note on privacy:

Insights is a student-centered product intended to promote horizontal and vertical collaboration among educators, support staff, and leaders. Analytics aren't intended to be used as evaluative measures for students or educators. As such, educator engagement and workload activity isn't reflected on the organizational-level Insights dashboard. Insights meets more than 90 regulatory and industry standards, including GDPR and FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act).
