Get started with the Retail industry data model

Prerequisites

  • A Microsoft Fabric capacity license SKU F2 onwards (F32+ recommended) or Microsoft Power BI Premium license.
  • A tenant that has Fabric enabled.
  • The Global administrator, Power Platform administrator, or the Fabric administrator security role to access Microsoft Fabric admin portal.
  • Complete the learning path Get started with Microsoft Cloud for Retail - Training | Microsoft Learn to ensure that you have an overview of Microsoft Cloud for Retail and Retail data solutions.
  • Power BI desktop (Only available for a Windows system).
