Managing Universal Print anywhere Print Options

Universal Print anywhere defines a fixed master set of supported printer options. Admins can filter out from the master set of options to best meet the end-users needs. This is done as part of the printer share of the pull-print printer.

Warning

Administrations should be aware that not all physical printers support all possible print options. It is the Administrator responsibility to validate if the configured print options are compatible with the member printers of the pull-print printer.

These options can not be disabled. Admins can select which values are supported by these options. Example: for the Color print option, admins can limit the value to B&W.

For optional print options such as Hole punch Stapling Fold, admins can unselect all values of the option to disable the print option.
