Microsoft Viva Glint Administrators can use Distribution Lists or User Roles to target survey items or exclude items for specific groups of users.
To add roles or lists to target and exclude questions:
Go to Configuration and select Survey Programs in Surveys.
Select and survey and go to the Questions section.
Find the question to target or exclude and hover on the far right to select the ellipsis.
In the dropdown menu, select Edit Targeting to reveal the Targeting edit pane.
In the Targeted lists included section, select the Search for or select a custom target... field to view all of your organization's Distribution Lists and User Roles.
To target the question to specific users, select one or multiple lists or roles.
In the Targeted lists excluded section, select the Search for or select a custom target... field and select lists or roles to exclude from this question, if needed.
Select Save Changes.

If existing lists and roles don't include the right users, create a new Distribution List or User Role:
