Microsoft Viva Goals helps you align your goals using an Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework that streamlines efforts by:

• Connecting teams to your organization’s strategic priorities, timelines, and goals.
• Uniting people around your mission and purpose to help coordinate the work needed to reach those goals.
• Driving business results using regular check-ins on the status of your OKRs and progress made toward achieving your goals.

Viva Goals is part of Microsoft Viva, which provides an integrated platform to enhance the experience of employees and empower them to be their best from anywhere.
