Adding remote resources consists of either adding an account, a workspace, or a PC. In the Remote Desktop app, the only options were to add a workspace or a PC. Users who still need to explicitly define the workspace they're connecting to, including Azure Government, Azure operated by 21Vianet, or Remote Desktop Services, continue to add a workspace.
