Get the list of counter sets that have been collected. The returned sets (and the counters within them) can be used to retrieve counter samples via the IPixGpuCaptureHighFrequencyCounterData::GetSamples call. This method is useful in scenarios like obtaining high frequency counter data from the timing pass where the counter sets are pre-defined. There is no need to call this method when collecting data through IPixGpuCaptureHighFrequencyCounters::CollectCounterData if the caller keeps track of the counter sets.
