Update profile

Log in to the Customer Support Portal to access your full case history, knowledge base articles, or request support.

Your Customer Support Portal profile includes your name and photo.

To view your profile click on the Profile menu and select My Profile.

Click on your profile photo to upload a new photo, or update your current one.

Update settings

Log in to the Customer Support Portal to access your full case history, knowledge base articles, or request support.

You can update your contact information, password, set email preferences, customize the language, locale, and time zone used for the portal. Go to Profile > My Settings, and select the appropriate options from the drop-down menus.

Contact information

Under My Settings, click the Email Address to edit your contact information and Save.

Click Change Password to set up a new password.

Under Location, set the language, locale, and time zone and click Save.

Receive email notifications

The Receive email notifications checkbox enables email notifications for various features that are not currently enabled. It has no effect on whether you receive comments for your cases or your cc cases, which will always occur.

Although a number of settings are visible, these features are not currently in use.

Change password

Log in to the Customer Support Portal to access your full case history, knowledge base articles, or request support.

You can use the Forgot your password? link on the login page to reset your password for the Customer Support Portal.

  1. Go to the log-in page and click Forgot your password?.

  2. Enter your user ID and click Send Password Reset Email.

    If you're already logged in, you can go to Profile > My Setting. Under My Settings click Change Password.

  3. When the email arrives, click on the reset link to go to the New Password page.

  4. Enter your password and password confirmation, and click OK.
