HTTP 500 internal server erorr

Hello

Sharepoint2019 was installed successfully ..

But when i tried to run Sharepoint Central Administration to lunch my Sharepoint website I get this error ...

"HTTP 500 internal server erorr"

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to SharePoint error 500

First of please reboot your Server and check if the issue resolved automatically. If still issue persists follow below steps which should help you to resolve the issue.

1. Update passwords on IIS Application Pool identities. Make sure they are not stopped or Offline. Update the identity password for “SecurityTokenServiceApplicationPool ” application pool and start it.
2. Try Running the SharePoint Configuration wizard again
3. Make sure your SharePoint setup account is added under the Administrator group of the server.
4. Make sure SQL services are running.
5. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.

Did Limitless Technology's answer help you? This is the usual resolution step. As a supplement, there are mainly the following reasons for such errors.

1. The Web config file might have been modified in an incorrect format.
2. The SharePoint Application Pool stopped.
3. The Security Token Service Application Pool stopped.
4. The Application Pool Identity Account doesn’t have “Impersonate a client after authentication” right in the local security Policy.
