According to your reply, it seems that you created a Button through JSON in the list. This Button is associated with a Flow, right?

Your says right. But the button has not clicked effectively , it can not be triggered the flow.In the same time , I have not find the corresponding flow.

So we have judged the question is caused by the button.

However，the button and JSON code is not created by me.

Hi @Zoey Liang ,As my previous comment said, I need more information. If you don't have Flow information and the JSON was not written by you, can you give me information about the list? The information you refer to can also be Provided. Judging from the JSON you provided, the possible problems are as follows:

Normally using a button to trigger Flow requires a corresponding Flow ID. If you cannot find the corresponding Flow, you cannot determine the correctness of the ID, so it cannot be triggered.

As can be seen from the previous reference link,

You need to have Flow first. Only with the Flow id can you connect Flow to SharePoint List. Flow cannot be created with JSON. Moreover, it can be seen from your JSON that there is also Flow id as a parameter, which is inconsistent with your statement. This confuses me. You don't have Flow, so naturally there will be no response after clicking the button. It is recommended that you create a Flow first and then try it.

Hi @Zoey Liang ,

You can use Flow to get the Flow name. Specific steps are as follows:

Create a manually triggered Flow, add the Get Flow action, enter the Flow ID, and run the Flow to get the Flow information. You can find the corresponding Flow in My Flows based on the obtained information.

The support team over there has the correct escalation channel, they can involve more resource and investigate the behavior from back end as fast as possible.
