From your description, it seems like there might have been an update or change in your Outlook settings that is causing this change in the appearance of your junk mail.
According to my research, some users in the forum mentioned that the same problem occurred in the recent update of Outlook. I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
