Microsoft Purview data catalog fails to load within network but works outside

When logged in from within our network, Microsoft Purview - Data Catalog or Data Map does not complete loading. However, it does load correctly when accessed from outside the network. This issue is not limited to me, as all users experience it. Purview is set up to enable access from all networks.
