Device was reloaded with a new operating system. I generated a hash file (csv) and uploaded it to (Windows Autopilot devices) in Intune.

In the Windows | Windows enrollment screen, under Windows Autopilot, the device appears in the list of devices. I was able to assign a user.

I assigned a user under the enrollment screen. However, after 2 hours, the Device is not listed in Windows | Windows devices (overview) and I cannot sync or send configurations to it.

Any advice on getting it back in Intune for management?

    For this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:

    1.Please wait for some time and then use another admin account to sign in intune portal to check if this device is still missing.

    2.Please try to upload another device's hash file to intune and check if this issue still exists.

    Generally, before a device is deployed using Windows Autopilot, the device must be registered with the Windows Autopilot deployment service. So, if we can't see devices under Devices > Enrollment > Windows Autopilot > Devices, it seems that there is something wrong about sync between Windows Autopilot deployment service and intune.
