How to restrict user file save to only save files to onedrive?

Hello.

I've created a security group and I want to restrict users from being able to save to any directory location besides their onedrive.

I've read articles from the past about this, and it seems like all solutions are outdated or depreciated.

ChatGPT has been useless as well.

I would like a solution that is only done through the o365 admin console. Otherwise, an answer indicating that this task is impossible will suffice as well.
