Vision Studio wont find nor create a resource due to 'missing' resource group.

When I try to do a new test with OCR of a PDF I want to drag and drop it and need to select or create a resource first. OK no problems I think, since I did another test before where I labeled and analyzed pictures in Vision Studio before. Big problem... I have cleaned up old stuff and think I'll create a new resource. But it wont find my Resource Group! I even tried to create new ones, but no luck.Capture2
