How to successfully render Azure Video Indexer project?

I am using the Azure Video Indexer portal. I have created a project composed of clips of videos that I have indexed. Unfortunately, when I hit the "Render" button for the project, the system appears to be rendering for several minutes but ultimately winds up emailing me a failure message. (This occurs consistently and even for very short video clips.) The failure message does not tell me what went wrong in the rendering; it just says "Your project couldn't be rendered. We experienced a problem when rendering your project." The failure message also suggest that I contact the support team with my trace ID.

Unfortunately, when I contacted the support team, I got another error indicating that they did not receive my email. "The groups only accept messages from people in their organization or on their allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the lists."

So now I'm stuck. I've indexed many hours of video already, but I cannot export any of it because the "Render" feature does not work!

    Issue:

Could not successfully render Azure Video Indexer project.

    Error Message:

Your project couldn't be rendered. We experienced a problem when rendering your project.

Solution: The customer @Jessica M renamed the files so that the file extensions were in lower case (e.g., "mp4" instead of "MP4" and "mov" instead of "MOV"). After doing this and re-uploading the files to AVI, there is successful rendering of the projects with subsets of those videos.
