Adding Notes to Project Tracker in Sharepoint List

Hi Team,

If I am editing our project tracker Sharepoint list grid view - All items view - for some reason every time I add a note it's getting saved. Could you please help? Thank you,

Good day!!

Apologies for the inconvenience caused and please don’t worry, let’s work together on your concern and move towards a resolution path.

I understand your concern and I would like to convey that I have tested the behavior at my end in the SharePoint Online list by adding the items in the Edit in Grid View, where the items are not getting save unless I click on Add New Item and adding the content in the Notes is not saving the item.

In this situation, I would like to confirm whether you are observing the same behavior when you edit the list items in the Grid View by accessing the list in the InPrivate or Incognito window of the browser.

If still the same issue happens, I would like to confirm whether the same problem happens when you try even after adding 3 or 4 items in the Grid View at the same session.

If the same problem happens at every session of the edit, we sincerely apologize and I believe the problem should be further investigated by related development team via collecting HAR logs because there is no any related service incident reported at the Microsoft Service Health dashboard.

So, I request you to connect with your IT admin of your organization (How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support) and ask them to raise a new service request from the Microsoft 365 admin center so that the related development team will connect with you and investigate the issue further.

    Hey Sophia,

    Thank you for your help. We asked the team to try using incognito or InPrivate, but we haven't heard any updates yet. Also, yes, they did try three times in one session. A couple of them tried adding notes three times, but for some reason, it's not getting saved. The last option we will try is using InPrivate or incognito mode. If it doesn't work, we will reach out to our company IT admin.
