Multiple issues with Loop

Sinds a few day, I can not anymore create content from Copilot in Microsoft loop. I can do copy paste from the pop-up, but nothing else.

Furthemore, Planner is still not available.

Lastly, I can also not anymore Create a loop component and paste it in a mail...

Does the issue happen with all Loop components or just specific ones?

What happens when you try to create content from Copilot in Loop? --> Nothing with "/ DRAFT from..."

Does this issue happen with Loop desktop, on the web or mobile? Web and teams. I do not use it on mobile

Can you explain more details about the Planner is not available question? /Planner does not work

Does the issue happen with all Loop components or just specific ones? I can create one from a mail, but i can not take the one from my loop page

I wanted to ask: how did you prompt Copilot? I also tried prompting directly from the Loop page and received the same result as you.

It seems Copilot only works when prompted from this location could you clarify where you initiated it?

Regarding Planner not working, there is currently an incident affecting the Planner component in Microsoft Loop. You can check the details in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center under Service Health, Issue ID PL1154805. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused and appreciate your patience as Microsoft is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Also, when you shared the Loop component into Outlook, how did you do it? When you paste the Loop component into Outlook, does it appear like this

Copilot work before in Loop as a /, in the same way than a /divider / heading. Not the case any more, but the "chat" button is still working.

In outlook, when I paste the link, nothing happen... No link, no embedded... It could be a personal issues.

Regarding the Copilot issue in Loop, this change is part of a recent update from Microsoft. You can ask your IT Administrator to review the details in the Microsoft 365 admin center by navigating to Health > Message center, and search Message ID: MC1169068.

The message notes that older Copilot integrations are being removed from Loop, which explains why the functionality you previously used is no longer available.

While some older features are temporarily removed, you can still use Copilot chat and Recap. Once the upgrade is complete, Copilot Shortcuts, Ask Copilot in the context menu, improved chat performance, and updated model capabilities will be restored.

I understand this may cause some disruption to your usual workflow, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may create.

Also, could you share with me the process of how you copy the Loop component into Outlook? For example, do you use the Share > Loop Component option?

Does this issue occur in Outlook on the web, Outlook desktop (New or Classic)?

Additionally, have you noticed whether other users experience the same issue when copying and pasting Loop components into Outlook?

For Outlook, it seems that it's resolve. No idea what did happen. For Planner and Copilot, if i've good understand, I just need to wait that Microsoft resolve the bug. Already thanks for the follow up
