Here are some steps you can try:
- Enable third-party cookies
Could you please let us know which browser you are currently using? If you are using Chrome or Edge, you can try the following:
- Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies > Select Allow third-party cookies.
- Microsoft Edge: Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Cookies > Turn off Block third-party cookies.
If you are using a different browser, please let me know.
- Clear browser cache and cookies
Clear your browser's cached data and cookies, then try signing in again.
You can also test whether the issue persists in an Incognito/InPrivate window.
- Add Microsoft sign-in URLs to Trusted Sites
Open Internet Options > Security tab > Trusted sites > Sites.
Add the following URL: https://login.microsoftonline.com
You may also add any other Microsoft sign-in endpoints used in your environment.
