Since your employer only verifies eligibility and does not manage WDP account associations, they cannot remove or modify this link. I recommend contacting Microsoft Store or Accounts & Billing Support and requesting that they investigate the existing Workplace Discount Program association for your corporate email. If an incorrect association is found, the support team may be able to remove it and allow you to enroll using the correct Microsoft account.
