The DBNull field is equivalent to DBNull.Value, as the following example shows.
Console.WriteLine(Convert.DBNull.Equals(DBNull.Value));
// Displays True.
printfn $"{Convert.DBNull.Equals DBNull.Value}"
// Displays True.
Console.WriteLine(Convert.DBNull.Equals(DBNull.Value))
' Displays True.
