An array of strings that identify the resource you are protecting.
PerformanceCounterPermissionEntry has two properties, CategoryName and MachineName. The PermissionAccessPath for PerformanceCounterPermissionEntry returns MachineName + "\" + CategoryName. For example, "myMachine\myCategory".
