Gets or sets the index of the current drop target in the array of drop targets returned by GetDropTargets(Point).

An integer that represents the index of the current drop target for the designer.
Remarks
The CurrentDropTarget set operation sets the target in the preview strip that appears at the top of the ActivityPreviewDesigner.
