Comentarios

El valor devuelto es el nombre de la referencia cultural especificada en el CultureAndRegionInfoBuilder constructor. Si el nombre de referencia cultural especificado es el mismo que una referencia cultural existente, excepto en el caso, el valor devuelto es el nombre de la referencia cultural existente, no el nombre de referencia cultural especificado.
