Can't access to ssh linux VM through the associated public ip address

Question

Hi,

the vm has a nic with a private ip and a public ip associated.

We are able to connect using ssh to the vm through the private ip, but not through the public ip

The linux local fw is disabled. There is no NSG in the NIC, nor in the virtual network.

What should we do?
