Parámetros

address
Int64

Dirección IP del host de Internet. Por ejemplo, el valor 0x2414188f en formato big-endian sería la dirección IP "143.24.20.36".

port
Int32

Número de puerto asociado a address, o 0 para especificar cualquier puerto disponible. port está en orden de host.

Excepciones

port es menor que MinPort.

O bien

port es mayor que MaxPort.

O bien

address es menor que 0 o mayor que 0x00000000FFFFFFFF.
