Gets or sets a value indicating whether the tool window can be docked with other tool windows.

Linkable requires a tool window.
Remarks
Linkable is meaningful only for tool windows. If you set Linkable to false
, the tool window no longer is force to be on top, the window's behavior changes.
For a document window, Linkable is always false
, so setting the value fails.
