Creates an new FlowLog instance.

Enabled	Flag to enable/disable flow logging.
Etag	A unique read-only string that changes whenever the resource is updated.
FormatType	The file type of flow log.
FormatVersion	The version (revision) of the flow log.
Id	Resource ID.
Location	Resource location.
Name	Resource name.
NetworkWatcherFlowAnalyticConfigurationEnabled	Flag to enable/disable traffic analytics.
NetworkWatcherFlowAnalyticConfigurationTrafficAnalyticsInterval	The interval in minutes which would decide how frequently TA service should do flow analytics.
NetworkWatcherFlowAnalyticConfigurationWorkspaceId	The resource guid of the attached workspace.
