Use este método para convertir un punto de código Unicode de 21 bits en una cadena codificada en UTF-16 antes de probar la cadena con métodos como IsLowSurrogate(Char) y IsHighSurrogate(Char) .

Un punto de código válido fuera del plano multilingüe básico (BMP) siempre produce un par suplente válido. Sin embargo, un punto de código válido dentro de BMP podría no producir un resultado válido según el estándar Unicode porque no se usa ningún procesamiento lingüístico en la conversión.
