Comentarios
La ventana del sistema operativo muestra la ventana de consola y la ventana de consola muestra una parte del búfer de pantalla. El SetWindowPosition método afecta a la posición de la ventana de consola en relación con el búfer de pantalla, pero no afecta a la posición de la ventana del sistema operativo en relación con el escritorio.
Por lo general, las ventanas de la consola y del sistema operativo no afectan entre sí. Sin embargo, si el búfer de pantalla no se puede mostrar en los límites actuales de la ventana de la consola, el sistema operativo anexa automáticamente las barras de desplazamiento a la ventana del sistema operativo. En ese caso, mover las barras de desplazamiento de la ventana del sistema operativo afecta a la posición de la ventana de consola y al mover la ventana de consola con el SetWindowPosition método afecta a la posición de las barras de desplazamiento de la ventana del sistema operativo.
