Excepciones

IOException

Refresh() no puede actualizar el estado del archivo o directorio.

FileNotFoundException

El archivo no existe.

O bien La Length propiedad se llama para un directorio.

El valor de la Length propiedad se almacena previamente en caché si se devolvió la instancia actual del FileInfo objeto desde cualquiera de los métodos siguientes DirectoryInfo :
