La IAuthenticationModule interfaz define las propiedades y los métodos que deben usar los módulos de autenticación personalizados.

Los módulos de autenticación llevan a cabo todo el proceso de autenticación con un servidor, respondiendo a un desafío de autenticación según corresponda. Este proceso puede constar de solicitudes a un servidor de autenticación independiente del servidor de recursos, así como de cualquier otra actividad necesaria para autenticar correctamente una solicitud de un URI.

Los módulos de autenticación personalizados deben implementar la IAuthenticationModule interfaz y después registrarse con el AuthenticationManager.Register método . Los módulos de autenticación también se registran en la inicialización del programa leyendo el archivo de configuración.
