Comentarios
Utilice la Selected propiedad para especificar o determinar si el nodo está seleccionado.
Nota
Aunque la propiedad se puede usar para determinar si el nodo está seleccionado, es más común usar la SelectedNode propiedad .
Solo se puede seleccionar un nodo a la vez en el TreeView control cuando se usa esta propiedad.
Nota
Como alternativa, también puede seleccionar el nodo mediante el Select método .
El valor de esta propiedad se almacena en estado de vista.
