En el marcado declarativo de la página web, en el segundo <aspSample:TextDisplayWebPart> elemento, anote el AllowZoneChange="false" atributo . En tiempo de ejecución, un usuario final podría arrastrar el primer control a WebPartZone2, pero no pudo hacer lo mismo con el segundo control. Comentarios

Cuando la AllowZoneChange propiedad es true, y una página web está en un modo de presentación que permite cambios de diseño (como el modo de edición o diseño), un usuario puede cambiar el diseño de página moviendo un control a otra WebPartZoneBase zona de la página. Si la propiedad está establecida falseen , no se puede mover un control entre zonas, pero todavía se puede mover dentro de su zona actual.
