Comentarios

Puede controlar el SelectedCellsChanged evento que se notificará cuando se cambie la colección de celdas seleccionadas. Si la selección incluye filas completas, también se genera el Selector.SelectionChanged evento .

Puede recuperar y AddedCellsRemovedCells desde SelectedCellsChangedEventArgs en el controlador de eventos.
