The date and time when the pages, document, or document sequence was signed.

Remarks

SigningTime is based on the system time of the computer where the signing took place.

SigningTime is not a "secure Time Stamp" and is not from trusted Time Stamp Authority. A secure TimeStamp must be obtained and applied through a trusted Time Stamp Authority.
