Comentarios

El DataGridView.CellValueChanged evento se produce cuando se confirma el valor especificado por el usuario, que normalmente se produce cuando el foco sale de la celda.

Sin embargo, en el caso de las celdas de casilla, normalmente querrá controlar el cambio inmediatamente. Para confirmar el cambio cuando se hace clic en la celda, tiene que controlar el evento DataGridView.CurrentCellDirtyStateChanged. En el controlador, si la celda actual es una celda de casilla, llame al método DataGridView.CommitEdit y pase el valor Commit.

Las filas del control no se ordenan automáticamente cuando se cambia un valor de celda. Para ordenar el control cuando el usuario modifica una celda, llame al Sort método en un CellValueChanged controlador de eventos.
