EditRecord Macro Action (Access custom web app)

Places the current record into edit mode.

Important

Microsoft no longer recommends creating and using Access web apps in SharePoint. As an alternative, consider using Microsoft PowerApps to build no-code business solutions for the web and mobile devices.

Remarks

Use the SaveRecord action to save changes made to the record, or the UndoRecord action to discard the changes.

The EditRecord action is equivalent to selecting the Edit button on the action bar.
